In Trinidad as in tango itself, you can never separate dance from music.
Being professional musician, who once started to dance and admire tango music, Yegor bought the bandoneon and learned himself to play. 5 years ago he met Nataliya, classical pianist and specialist in musical interpretation, at the milonga. Than two musicians, who had become dancers, turned into dancing tango musicians.
As to the repertoire "Trinidad" has strong preferences for masters of the "Golden Age" of tango – Di Sarli, D`Arienzo, Troilo, Pugliese, De Angelis, Biagi, and others. Performing most beloved tangos, waltzes,and milongas, the band makes its own versions of famous arrangements, saving balance between live self-expression and comfort for dancers.
Trinidad Arfó play with irrepressible, contagious joy, shamanic energy ,nd complete commitment, creating a unique atmosphere in their concerts. The style of playing is based on the love to the Argentine tango as cultural phenomenon, a study of "Golden Age" musician's inventions, connection of dance and music.
Since 2013 the band performed at the milongas, festivals and concerts in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Moldova, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Germany, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Romania and Hungary.
"Trinidad Arfó" performs in different compositions:
a trio (bandoneon, piano, violoncello, violin, guitar or double bass)
and a quartet (bandoneon, piano, violin, double bass).
Since 2017 "Trinidad" also has 2 hours repertoire of finest Argentine folklore.
